Thank you in advance!

Thank you for taking a look at my current topics and letting me know which would be most interesting to you! These retreats are expected to be one day retreats offered in locations around the Chicago area. They are open to individuals or to groups of people who want to attend together.  Some are specifically focused for people who work in a church setting.  Most are for anyone and everyone. All are meant to be helpful, affordable, and of course fun.

Including your name and contact information is optional. Please include it if you want me to get back to you regarding upcoming retreat dates, locations and topics.

Please provide feedback on the following retreat topic ideas.  At the end there is an opportunity to provide your own ideas.

1) Just a Minute Focused on the Spirit – A fun exploration of ways to incorporate faith practices into daily living.
2) Spirituality for Busy Parents – An exploration of fun, authentic, and easy ways to nurture your soul, and theirs.
3) Which Way? – We make many decisions every day. How can we know whether we are following God's will, or our own? Learn and practice several different approaches for discerning God's guidance as you make decisions of any size.
4) Finding Your Spiritual Path – There is no "one sized fits all" approach to spiritual growth. This retreat seeks to help you understand and develop your most natural ways of experiencing God while also growing in appreciation of how others experience God.
5) The Modern Mystic – Explore how your mystic self can thrive in a modern fact-based world.
6) Renewed – Ministry is hard work. Spiritual, emotional, and physical burn-out happen all too often. This retreat seeks to refresh clergy in body, mind, and soul through individual and group spiritual practices that help you let go of stress, hold on to hope, and celebrate the fruit of you labors.
7) Resourced – A time apart for clergy and other faith formation leaders to explore the subject of experiential learning about God. Come away with ideas you can easily implement in your own setting.
8) Healthy Spirituality – Explore concepts of healthy/unhealthy spirituality, and seek ways to nudge yourself and others toward spiritual health.
10) Finding Yourself on the Enneagram – The enneagram is an ancient tool for spiritual self-understanding that is being widely used these days. The retreat will get you started on a journey of self-understanding and appreciation.
11) Faithful@Work – It's common for people to spend more time working in their job than they spend on any other aspect of life. Explore how to integrate work and spiritual life gracefully so that these two seemingly separate focus areas can become more like one. (copy)
