You Are Invited …

People have doctors and personal trainers to help them live physically healthy lives.

They have life coaches and counselors to help them be emotionally strong.

Spirituality Today LLC was created to provide the same types of services for people’s spiritual lives by offering spiritual direction, retreats, and periodic written reflections.

My name is Mary Zajac.  I started Spirituality Today LLC out of a lifelong passion for helping people experience a deeply meaningful spiritual life through all the choices, challenges, and changes of a lifetime. I’m a trained Spiritual Director, a retired Pastor in the United Methodist Church, and also a former corporate Vice President in a high tech industry. Most of all, I’m excited to get to know who you are.

I hope you’ll explore this site. If you are new to the topic of spiritual direction, take a look at the frequently asked questions. Try out spiritual direction by scheduling a complimentary “meet-me” session, or by signing up for a regular session. Find out about upcoming retreats . If you want a sense of who I am, just read the about page or latest posts below.

Life is full of choices, challenges, and changes. Having a strong spiritual life can help you survive and thrive through it all. My experience is in the Christian tradition, however you don’t need to call yourself a Christian to work together. I’m genuinely excited to work with people of all backgrounds.
